NoCheating! Clean but indulgent recipes for buff fitness buffs

A recipe guide for anyone on a cutting, low carb or healthy diet who's looking for some tasty alternatives to boring old salads and the usual, plain protein shakes! The main difference between me and other recipes sites is that I'm big on nutrient timing, protein AND fibre. I avoid using hard to find ingredients, proteins and any kind of sweetener wherever possible.

  • Roasted green vegetable salad with hazelnut, caper and flaxseed dressing
